The German Chocolate Cake by Haydel’s Bakery features a rich chocolate devil’s food cake layered with a cooked in-house icing made from coconut, pecans, butter, cream, and sugar. Crafted by a legendary New Orleans institution founded in 1959, this dessert highlights the expertise of an internationally certified Master Baker and a third-generation family tradition of producing award-winning, scratch-made cakes.

This package serves 12-14 people and includes 1 German Chocolate Cake

  • Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 4 lbs.
  • Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
