The Lemon Doberge Cake from Haydel’s Bakery features six butter cake layers each filled with lemon custard and iced with lemon French cream. This specialty treat comes from a legendary New Orleans institution founded in 1959 and is currently crafted by a third-generation family of bakers, including the only internationally certified Master Baker in Louisiana.

  • Each cake measures 8" and weighs approx. 5 lbs.
  • Doberge cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
