Happy Joe’s is an iconic Upper Midwestern pizza & ice cream chain with more than 50 restaurants throughout the region, and they’re all about fun, quality, and, of course, pizza! Founder Joe “Happy Joe” Whitty opened the first location of Happy Joe’s in 1972 after being inspired by the idea of a pizza parlor and ice cream palace that would be fun for the whole family. Over the years, millions of children and adults alike have fallen in love with Happy Joe’s legendary pizza, and benefited from Joe’s generous philanthropic efforts.
This package serves 8-10 people and includes your choice of 2 Pizzas
- Each pizza serves 4-5 people, measures approx. 15", and weighs approx. 3-5 lbs.
Pizza Options Include
- “Bacon & Bacon Omelette” Breakfast Pizza – Pan-style crust with scrambled eggs, cheese, Canadian bacon, and bacon.
- “Denver Omelette” Breakfast Pizza – Pan-style crust with scrambled eggs, cheese, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and diced bacon.
- BLT – Both hickory-smoked and Canadian bacon with mozzarella, provolone, and
cheddar. Baked, then topped with mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes.- Mayonaise, Shredded Lettuce, & Diced Tomatoes Not Included
- Cheese – Original crust topped with cheese
- Combo – Three blends of 100% real dairy farm cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, and provolone) topped with pepperoni, sausage, salami, beef, mushrooms, green peppers, and onions.
- “Happy Joe’s Special” Bacon & Sauerkraut – Original crust topped with Canadian bacon and sauerkraut.
- Hawaiian – Original crust topped with Canadian bacon and pineapple.
- Matador – Refried bean sauce, taco-seasoned beef, sausage, onions, and jalapeño peppers.
- Meatworks – Original crust smothered in 100% real dairy farm blend cheese (Mozzarella Cheddar, Provolone) and loaded with pepperoni, salami, sausage, Canadian bacon, beef, and bacon pieces.
- Nacho Joe – Spicy nacho cheese, taco-seasoned beef, and sausage, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and taco chips.

- Spicy Joe’s Taco Sauce is Our Proprietary Mild, Zesty, and Tangy Sauce. Made with Tomato Paste and Vinegar with hints of Chili Powder and other spices. The perfect complement to our pizzas and pastas, or your favorite dishes!
- Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store pizzas in the freezer.
- Pizzas may be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.
To Serve
Bacon & Bacon Omelet, Hawaiian, Meatworks, Pepperoni, Sausage, Vegetarian
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place in oven and bake on center rack for 16-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Happy Joe’s Special, Combo
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place in oven and bake on center rack for 16-18 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
BLT
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake pizza for 16-18 minutes then remove pizza from the oven.
- Spread approx. 4 oz. of mayonnaise (not included) to cover the entire pizza in a circular motion until you reach the center, then leave a ¼ inch space on the outside edge of the pizza. Add approx. 5 oz. of shredded lettuce (not included) and approx. 5 oz. of diced tomatoes (not included) on top.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
Taco Joe
- Remove pizzas from the freezer 30 minutes prior to baking.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake pizza for 16-18 minutes then remove pizza from the oven.
- Place approx. 4.5 oz shredded lettuce (not included), approx. 7 oz. of diced tomatoes (not included), and both bags of Happy Joe’s Taco chips (open bag and crush chips) on the pizza, leaving ¼ inch edge on the outside.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
