This package serves 2 people and includes
- 4 Lobster Roll Kits (each 5.5 oz.)
- 4 Whoopie Pies (each 5 oz.)
- Lobster Bisque (32 oz)
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator if cooking within 3 days.
- Mac & Cheese and cakes may be stored for up to 9 months in the freezer.
- Bisque can be stored in the freezer for up to 12 months.
To Serve
Lobster Bisque – Oventop
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Pour contents of package into a pot.
- Heat on medium heat until hot, stirring often, do not boil.
- Serve and enjoy!
Lobster Bisque – Microwave
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Pour contents from package into a microwave safe dish.
- Stir and loosely cover.
- Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes at a time or until hot, stirring occasionally.
- Do not allow to boil.
- Serve and enjoy!
Assemble Lobster Roll
- Cut the rolls down the middle.
- Butter the outside surfaces of the rolls.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Place rolls, one buttered side down, in skillet.
- Cook until browned lightly—about 1-2 minutes per side.
- Load the lobster meat into your Split Top Roll
- Customize with any mayo, butter, or seasonings of your choice.
- Serve and enjoy!
