This package serves 2 people and includes
- 2 Lobster Topped Lobster Pot Pies (each 7 oz.)
- 1 Container Clam Chowder (32 oz.)
- 2 Dulche de Leche Cakes (each approx. 6 oz.)
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Chowder can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year.
- Cakes may be kept refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for 9 months.
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
To Serve
Clam Chowder
- Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Pour into saucepan or double-boiler and heat on medium until steaming and internal temperature reaches 165°. Do not heat in bag.
- Serve and enjoy!
Lobster Topped Lobster Pot Pies
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff.
- Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
Dulce de Leche Cakes
- If frozen, thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove plastic wrap.
- Place ramekins on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges of cake are firm and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Remove from oven and serve immediately.
