Each half shell is topped with a layer of crunchy lemon & herb panko bread crumbs to give it that little something extra.

This package includes 2 Scallop Shells, each filled with Lobster Risotto
- Each scallop shell filled with lobster risotto weighs approx. 4 oz.
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer.
- Lobster risotto lasts up to 9 months in the freezer.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
To Serve
- Remove plastic wrap and lid.
- Preheat conventional oven to 350° F or convection oven to 325° F.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 25-30 minutes and internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- If using an air fryer, please refer to manufacturer’s instructions.
