- Each lobster pot pie weighs approx. 7 oz.
- Each Lobster Pot Pie serves 1 person
- Arrive in ramekins ready to bake
- Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours immediately before use.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff.
- Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes until pastry is golden brown.
- Heat product until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
