Guy's Holiday Trash Can Dessert Nachos

• Items ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store Mascarpone Cream, Chocolate Sauce and Caramel Sauce in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Do not freeze.
• Note: mascarpone cream may be frozen upon arrival. Allow to thaw in the refrigerator before using.
• All other items can be stored well sealed at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.

Please be aware that some cannoli chips may break during transit- this is planned for by adding additional chips into the bag. Don’t worry, you’ll have more than enough to create your own towering masterpiece!

To Serve

• Bring a medium pot of water to a low simmer, then turn off the flame. Carefully place jars of chocolate and caramel sauce into the water and let sit for about 10-15 seconds or until both have a pourable consistency, but not too hot. Remove jars from the pot, then set aside.
• On a large serving platter, place your “Trash Can” directly in the center.
• Drizzle a bit Chocolate sauce inside the can to prevent the chips from sliding.
• Now it’s time for the fun part!
• Add a layer of Cannoli Chips to the bottom of the can, leveled and compact.
• Cut the tip of your piping bag and pipe ¼ of the bag into an even layer, making sure to put cream all the way to the edge of the can.
• Sprinkle a mix of Brownie Pieces, Mini Pretzels and Candy Canes all around
• Drizzle with Chocolate and Caramel sauce.
• Repeat those layers until you reach the top of can, garnishing with a drizzle of chocolate a dusting of the candy canes and all your red and green M&Ms.
• Now it’s time to unveil your Dessert Nacho masterpiece!
• Placing both hands on the sides of the can, carefully slide it upwards and step back to enjoy the view!
