Founded in 2016 by Kyle Sanderson along with friends and family, it’s become an essential part of the Long Island seaside community. These donuts are made in small batches fresh daily with top-quality European butter and all-natural flour via a process that takes two days to complete. The end result is an incomparable, buttery donut with a golden crust and a pleasing chewiness, and they’re topped with housemade glazes and fillings made with fresh, seasonal fruit.
This package serves 12 people and includes
- 12 Frozen Brioche Donuts (each 3.2 oz.)
- Classic Glaze (11.5 oz.)
- Salted Caramel Glaze (11.5 oz.)
- Lemon Cranberry Glaze (11.5 oz.)
- Fall Colored Sprinkles (2.3 oz.)
- Sea Salt (7 g)
- Donuts ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Donuts will remain fresh for up to 2 weeks if stored in an oxygen-free environment at or below room temperature.
- Donuts may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months in an air-tight container.
To Serve
Donuts: Oven Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook donuts for 8-10 minutes.
- For crispy donuts, wrap each donut in aluminum foil.
Donuts: Microwave Method
- Place 1-2 frozen donuts in the microwave.
- Heat on high for 1 minute (if donuts are thawed 15 – 30 seconds).
Decorate
- Immediately apply the classic glaze when done.
- All other glazes, let cool first.
- Top with sprinkles before the glaze dries.
- If topping with sea salt, wait until glaze is tacky but not completely dry.
