Baked and packaged with love! These gooey butter Valentine’s flavors make for wonderful gifts, party desserts, and personal treats!

Gooey butter cake is the signature dessert of St. Louis, and Gooey Louie just might be making the best gooey butter cakes of all, in a wide variety of flavors. Gooey Louie was founded by the husband-and-wife duo of Debbie and Kirk Stieferman in 2006, with a recipe passed down from Debbie’s grandmother. They’ve since expanded to two popular St. Louis storefronts.

This package serves 6-8 people and includes your choice of 1 Valentine’s Day Gooey Butter Cake

  • Each cake measures 8″ × 8″ and weighs approx. 1.3 lbs.

Flavor Options Include

  • Original – Yellow cake base, topped with our classic vanilla gooey butter.
  • Chocolate Chip – Our classic gooey butter recipe with mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top.
  • Strawberry – Yellow cake base with strawberry gooey butter, topped with fresh strawberries.
  • Chocolate Hazelnut – Chocolate cake crust with chocolate hazelnut gooey butter, topped with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate drizzle.
  • Triple Chocolate Delight – Chocolate cake crust with chocolate gooey butter, topped with mini chocolate chips.
  • White Chocolate Raspberry – Yellow cake base with raspberry gooey butter, topped with raspberries and white chocolate.
  • Gooey butter cakes ship frozen, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store cakes in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
  • Cakes are best eaten within 3 days. Keep cake wrapped or store in an air tight container.

To Serve

  • If frozen, frozen cakes to thaw for approximately 2 hours.
  • To warm, put cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes or place a slice in the microwave.

Gooey Louie’s gooey butter cakes are addictively delicious and indulgent, made with only the highest-quality ingredients including eggs, butter, and pure vanilla extract and shipped in its own baking tray.
