George’s Ultimate Dinner includes large cooked stone crab claws running 4-5 claws per pound, a world famous Fireman Derek’s key lime pie, and Russian Osetra caviar. It comes complete with a wooden mallet and a container of the perfect stone crab accompaniment: George’s classic mustard sauce.

Started by Roger Duarte in 2008, George Stone Crab is the largest national stone crab home delivery company. Based in Miami, Florida, George Stone Crab also supplies dozens of markets, fish houses, and restaurants. At its heart is a team of more than 80 fishermen who take to the Florida Bay’s high seas daily during the season (Oct. 15 – May 15) and bring in between 3,000 to 5,000 pounds of claws daily. The stone crabs are quickly cooked, packed, shipped, and delivered within hours of being caught.
