Since 2016, Seattle’s Frankie & Jo’s has been rewriting the rules of ice cream – building every pint from scratch on a base of organic coconut, oats, and cane sugar, entirely free of synthetic gums or stabilizers. Each flavor draws on seasonal fruits, vegetables, and medicinal herbs for richness and complexity that rivals any dairy scoop. This mix-and-match 6-pack is 100% plant-based and gluten-free – a radical rethinking of what ice cream should taste like.

- Dark Chocolate – 100% organic ingredients; chocolate in its most elegant form
- Mint Brownie – Peppermint ice cream with dark chocolate brownie gems and cocoa nibs
- Salted Pistachio – Roasted pistachio ice cream with a hint of sea salt
- Strawberry Milk – June-picked Northwest strawberries with house-made strawberry jam ribbons and chia seeds
- Supercookies & Cream – Dark chocolate-maca sandwich cookies in coconut-oat sweet cream ice cream
- Ice cream ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

Seattle's Frankie & Jo's is the vegan, gluten-free scoop shop behind California Cabin, a smoked vanilla bean and pine ice cream studded with cardamom-black-pepper shortbread. Founded in 2016 by chocolatier and CEO Autumn Martin with co-founder Kari Brunson and named for Martin's late grandmothers Frances and Joanne, Frankie and Jo builds every scoop from scratch using organic, non-GMO ingredients, with no gums, stabilizers, or pre-made base in sight.
Flavors lean into the seasons: fruits, vegetables, medicinal herbs, alternatively sweetened with dates and maple, all of it plant-based and deeply flavorful rather than any kind of consolation prize. Ice cream has always been Martin's family love language, the sweet for birthdays and anniversaries alike. Frankie & Jo's pints are shipped nationwide on Goldbelly, from a Georgetown factory to freezers across the country.
