Upside Down Rainbow Cotton Candy Floof Cake

This is the TikTok famous 5-layer Rainbow Floof Cake, but flipped upside down! This cake is made entirely out of fresh, small batch cotton candy, and the layers include Watermelon, Peach-Mango, Lemonade, Kiwi-Strawberry, and Blue Razz.
