A thick layer of creamy pink farm fresh strawberry mousse loaded with lots of fresh strawberries sits atop an equally thick layer of green pistachio mousse rich with whole fresh pistachio nuts throughout. The combination of fresh strawberries and fresh pistachio nuts make it refreshingly different and irresistible. The base is a layer of fudgy moist flourless chocolate cake, and it’s topped with a heavenly rich and velvety poured chocolate ganache!

It was founded by JoAnna Filomena as a love letter to her Abruzzo-born mother, who would host large dinners for friends and family in which she’d serve a wide array of classic & simple Italian dishes and desserts, made with love.   • Each 10" Cake weighs 8.5 lbs. and serves 14-16 people
  • Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
