Since first opening its doors in the heart of Georgetown in 1983, Filomena Ristorante has become one of Washington, DC’s most beloved and iconic Italian restaurants. It was founded by JoAnna Filomena as a love letter to her Abruzzo-born mother, who would host large dinners for friends and family in which she’d serve a wide array of classic & simple Italian dishes and desserts, made with love. A warm and welcoming atmosphere – along with the famous “pasta mamas” who make fresh pasta daily by the front door – still greets customers all these years later, and JoAnna’s classic recipes haven’t changed since day one.

- Each package contains 9 pcs of Ravioli
- Each ravioli measures approx. 2-3" and weighs approx. 1.6 – 2.4 oz.
- Choose to add on sauce!
Options Include
- Cheese Ravioli – The most popular ravioli. Egg-based tender dough over-stuffed with a rich ricotta and Italian cheese blend.
- “Agnolotti” Cheese & Spinach Stuffed Pasta – A folded-over ravioli plumply overstuffed with a blend of fresh spinach, Italian cheeses, and herbs. One of Filomena’s most popular.
- Mushroom Ravioli – A blend of Butter Sauteed Shiitake, Cremini, Oyster, and White Mushrooms with Ricotta, Mozzarella, and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese then rolled in Pasta Mamma’s Homemade Pasta Sheets. A suggestion to add that little extra bang to your meal: order cream or mushroom sauce and sauté some Spinach, Cremini Mushrooms, and Cherry Tomatoes! Wow!
- Lobster Ravioli – An abundant blend of Sweet Maine Lobster, Fresh Ricotta, mascarpone, and Parmigiano Reggiano Cheeses stuffed in Pasta Mamma’s Homemade Pasta Sheets.
Add On Sauce Options Include
- Marinara Sauce – Filomena’s family classic sauce made with canned Italian tomatoes (only ripened on the vine).
- Marsala Sauce – A creamy blend of Marsala wine, garlic, onions, and mushrooms
- Sunday Sauce – Canned Italian tomatoes (only ripened on the vine) simmered with meat thereby creating a rich smooth and Old World taste of tomato sauce.
- Cream Sauce – A rich and velvety sauce made with cream, butter and cheese.
- Pink Vodka Sauce – A blend of tomato sauce, heavy cream, and a splash of vodka, creating a rich, slightly tangy pink sauce that coats the pasta perfectly.
- Carbonara Sauce – a creamy, savory blend of eggs, Parmesan cheese, pancetta or guanciale, and black pepper.
- Bolognese Sauce – A hearty Italian sauce made with ground meat, tomatoes, onions, and herbs, simmered slowly to create a savory base perfect for pasta.
- Sausage Sauce – A rich and savory pasta sauce made with succulent sausage, simmered in a blend of tomatoes, garlic, and herbs.
- Mushroom Sauce – A creamy sauce made with sautéed mushrooms, garlic, and onions, for a velvety finish.
- Lobster Cream Sauce – A rich and indulgent sauce featuring tender lobster in a creamy, buttery sauce with hints of garlic and fresh herbs.
