It was founded by JoAnna Filomena as a love letter to her Abruzzo-born mother, who would host large dinners for friends and family in which she’d serve a wide array of classic & simple Italian dishes and desserts, made with love. A warm and welcoming atmosphere – along with the famous “pasta mamas” who make fresh pasta daily by the front door – still greets customers all these years later, and JoAnna’s classic recipes haven’t changed since day one.

- Each 8" Cheesecake weighs 4.75 lbs. and serves 6-8 people
- Each 10" Cheesecake weighs 9 lbs. and serves 14-16 people
- Cheesecake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Store cheesecake in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- If enjoying immediately, store in the refrigerator until fully thawed. Serve at almost room temperature for ultimate flavor.

JoAnna even transported some of her mother’s furniture and antiques to the elaborately decorated restaurant in order to make every visitor feel like they were a guest in her mother’s dining room.
