Paired with Ferrara’s freshly baked, focaccia bread, this dish offers a satisfying and delicious meal that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re dining in or taking out, this classic Italian combo brings comfort and taste to your table.

This package serves 6 people and includes:

  • 1 Three-Cheese Lasagna (8" round)
  • Homemade Focaccia
  • Choose to add a cake!

Add On Cake Options Include

  • Tiramisu Cake (8")
  • New York Cheesecake (8")
  • Items ship frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Lasagna arrives fully cooked and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months in their original packaging.
  • Defrost in the refrigerator one day in advance.
  • Cake lasts up to 6 months in the freezer

To Serve

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat over to 350
  • Remove plastic wrapping
  • Place entire lasagna on a baking sheet or roasting pan
  • Heat Lasagna for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Heat Focaccia for 10 minutes
  • Tip – put a knife into the center of the lasagna. Take it out and carefully touch it. If it’s hot, it’s ready!

Microwave

  • Heat Lasagna for about 5 minutes, check to see if heated throughout
  • Tip – put a knife into the center of the lasagna. Take it out and carefully touch it. If it’s hot, it’s ready!

Cake – Add On

  • Defrost in the refrigerator for approx. 4 hours additional thawing may affect consistency

Since opening their doors in 1892, Ferrara Bakery has been a staple in the heart of New York City's Little Italy, producing what many believe to be the finest Italian desserts in the country. Enrico Scoppa and Antonio Ferrara opened "Café A. Ferrara" over a century ago and their descendants are still involved, five generations later.
