This is a sampler pack of Feges’ signature Prime sliced brisket, pulled pork, and spare ribs! They’re all simply seasoned before being smoked low and slow. Loaded Potato Mash, Moroccan Spiced Carrots, and Spicy Korean Braised Greens are included on the side, as well as a bottle of Sweet Red BBQ sauce!

Iraq War veteran Patrick Feges (pronounced “FEE-jis”) caught the BBQ bug while recovering from injuries sustained in combat, and he perfected his barbecue technique while cooking in some of Houston’s top restaurants. His wife, Erin Smith, is also a classically-trained chef and sommelier, and after she took home the win on Food Network’s “Chopped” in 2016, the duo decided to use the prize money to open their own Houston BBQ restaurant. Feges BBQ was born in 2018, and it was an immediate smash hit. A second location is now open, and Texas Monthly has named it one of the state’s 50 best BBQ joints.

  • Mop Sauce (21 oz.) – A slightly sweet vinegar sauce. This is a nod to Fege’s whole hog cookin’ friends in the Carolinas. It’s great for mopping pork, especially whole hogs. Mix it with some olive oil for an easy salad dressing, or toss it on your vegetables for a flavor boost.
  • Sweet Red BBQ Sauce (22 oz.) – A traditional Texas sweet BBQ sauce with a kick of vinegar and black pepper- a natural partner for all things Texas BBQ.
  • Texas Gold BBQ Sauce (21 oz.) – A tangy mustard-vinegar sauce- our Texas version of the classic Carolina Gold. The mustard seeds add texture and pop to this sweet, tangy sauce. It pairs best with pork!

  • Moroccan Glazed Carrots (1 lb.) – These expertly prepared carrots are cooked low and slow in a spiced braising liquid that reduces to glaze perfection and coats each tender carrot with Moroccan flavor, making this the ultimate transcendent bite!
  • Spicy Korean Braised Greens (1.5 lbs.) – This not-so-subtle side dish is a flavor bomb of spicy gochujang and southern braised greens. It warms the soul and excites the senses.

To Serve

Brisket, Pulled Pork – Stovetop

  • Place 2 tablespoons of water in a 9" saute pan and turn the stove to medium heat.
  • Open the plastic bag containing the meat and put the meat in the pan with the 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Discard the plastic bag.
  • Stir frequently to break up the meat, allowing for even and quick reheating.
  • Once the meat has reached the desired temperature, remove from heat.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Brisket, Pulled Pork – Sous Vide

  • Bring a stock pot (around 4-6 quarts for every 2 lbs of meat) to a simmer.
  • Place the sealed meats in simmering water.
  • Reheat for approx. 25 minutes or until desired internal temp is reached.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ribs – Oven

  • Preheat oven to 225°F.
  • Remove ribs from plastic packaging but keep them wrapped in the butcher paper and place them on a sheet pan.
  • Place sheet pan in the oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until you reach desired temperature.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Ribs – Sous Vide

  • Bring a stock pot (around 4-6 quarts for every rack of ribs) to a simmer.
  • Place the sealed meats in simmering water.
  • Reheat for approx. 35 minutes or until desired internal temperature is reached.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Loaded Potato Mash, Moroccan Spiced Carrots, Spicy Korean Braised Greens – Stovetop

  • Open vacuum-sealed bag and empty contents (including liquids) into a 9" saute pan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 15-20 minutes (for loaded potato mash only, you may need to add 2-4 tablespoons of milk or butter to the pan while stirring to prevent the product from drying out (not included).
  • Serve and enjoy!

Loaded Potato Mash, Moroccan Spiced Carrots, Spicy Korean Braised Greens – Sous Vide

  • Bring a stock pot with 4-6 quarts of water to a simmer.
  • Place the sealed bags in simmering water.
