Fat Molly’s Brownies are rich and decadent and are made with only the finest ingredients, such as Ghirardelli chocolate and Dutch-process cocoa for a smoother, more luscious experience. Founded by Chef Alex Donovan, Fat Molly’s only uses Ghirardelli Chocolate in its rich, decadent brownies. Initially served as a specialty dessert at Chef Donovan’s Americana restaurant, this delicious chocolate brownie recipe soon gained a life of its own after Fat Molly’s opened in San Diego in 2010.
