Named after the “half sheet pan” they’re cooked in, these two entire trays of brownies comes uncut so you can slice each tray into full sizes to feed a group of 25, or a bite-size brownie to feed 50. Choose between three flavors — Five Chocolate, Peanut Butter Brownie, and Pecan & Caramel Brownie.
Founded in San Diego in 2010, Fat Molly’s only uses Ghirardelli Chocolate in its rich, decadent brownies, which come in flavors like Five Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Pecan & Caramel. Initially baked up as a specialty dessert at Chef Alex Donovan’s Americana restaurant, these chocolate brownies are so delicious they gained a life and a loyal following of their own.
This package includes two 18″ × 13 × 1″ Trays of Uncut Brownies, your choice of 2 flavors
- The uncut half sheet pan brownie is put onto a cardboard cake sheet and wrapped with a sealed plastic bag

When chef Alex Donovan opened his San Diego Americana restaurant, he needed a crowd-pleasing dessert that would be a homerun. With research and lots of practice -- the lucky duck -- he perfected his brownie recipe, and soon devoted his attention full-time to his winning recipe. Named after a much-loved family member, Fat Molly's was born with three delicious flavors to please every palate. There's nothing particularly crazy or kooky here -- just straight up brownies made from wholesome ingredients and Dutch Process Ghirardelli chocolate to make a super satisfying, moist and rich brownie that delivers.
Fat Molly's is also committed to giving back to their community (they donate to programs offering counseling and housing for women and children in need, athletes with disabilities, and to the San Diego Mission, etc.), so in addition to tasting good, they deliver a feel good sensation, too!
