Founded by Chef Alex Donovan, Fat Molly’s only uses Ghirardelli Chocolate in its rich, decadent brownies, which come in flavors including Five Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Pecan & Caramel. Initially served as a specialty dessert at Chef Donovan’s Americana restaurant, this delicious chocolate brownie recipe soon gained a life of its own after Fat Molly’s opened in San Diego in 2010.
