The Rocky Top meat package contains the big 3 Fainmous BBQ smoked meats: hickory smoked, low and slow brisket; chicken; and sausage seasoned with spices and vacuumed sealed to lock in flavor. Brisket is smoked for 13 hours with flavor-filled bark on the outside and tender moistness inside. Chicken and sausage are both loaded with hickory smoked flavor, and they’re moist and tender!
