Factor’s Famous Deli is famous for its legendary oversized portions of classic Jewish deli specialties. Opened in Los Angeles in 1948, the deli is best known for its authentic, juicy, slow-cooked, hand-cut pastrami stacked on double-baked rye. The Los Angeles deli also specializes in classic brunch staples: fresh bagels, hand-sliced nova, and cream cheese.
This package includes your choice of 12 or 24 Potato Pancakes
- Each Potato Pancake weighs approx. 2.5 oz.
12 Pack Includes
- 1 container Applesauce (1 lb.)
- 1 container Sourcream (1 lb.)
24 Pack Includes
- 2 container Applesauce (each 2 lbs.)
- 2 containers Sourcream (each 2 lbs.)
- Potato Pancakes ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place items in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Bring the potato pancakes to room temperature before heating.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Spread potato pancakes out on a cookie sheet and place in preheated oven.
- Heat for approximately 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
