This iconic Jewish deli has been serving up oversized portions of their famous specialties from the same West Los Angeles location since 1948. Factor’s famous made-from-scratch Jewish deli specialties include legendary matzo balls, knishes, kreplach, corned beef, and house-roasted turkey, but they’re best known for their authentic, juicy, slow-cooked, hand-cut pastrami stacked on double-baked rye. The Los Angeles deli also specializes in classic brunch spreads featuring fresh bagels, hand-sliced nova, and cream cheese.
This package serves 4-6 people and includes:
- ½ gallon of Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with carrots and chicken
- 4 Matzo Balls
- ½ pt. Chopped Liver
- 2 lbs. of Dinner-Cut House Roasted Brisket with Au Jus on the side
- 2 Potato Knishes
- Braided Challah
- Chocolate Babka
- Pack ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Place in refrigerator upon arrival
To Serve
- Heat matzo balls and soup together in a pot on the stove.
- Preheat oven to 250º and place brisket in a foil pan glass dish with au jus in oven for approximately 10-15 minutes until warm.
- Heat knishes in the oven at the same temperature for approximately 10-15 minutes until warm.
