All you need to have in the cupboard is vanilla, oil, agave nectar, and applesauce (preferably unsweetened). The mix makes 12 cupcakes or one single-layer 8-inch cake. Also included is our vanilla frosting which consists of rice milk, coconut milk, agave nectar, coconut oil, and vanilla. It arrives in a liquid state, so you’ll need to refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before taking your frosting spatula to it. A single jar will frost 12 cupcakes or one single-layer 8-inch cake.
