Erin McKenna’s Bakery has established itself as one of the U.S.‘s top destinations for drool-worthy vegan and gluten-free baked goods. McKenna’s cakes, pies, cupcakes, and other sweets are also non-GMO, sweetened with only agave nectar and vegan sugar. Plus, all ingredients are responsibly and carefully sourced.

This package serves 12 people and includes 12 Vegan + Gluten Free Ginger Cupcakes

  • Each cupcake weighs approx. 3.5 oz.
  • Cupcakes ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, remove cupcakes from the box and place in the refrigerator while still in plastic shells.
  • Cupcakes may be kept 12 hours at room temperature (not recommended, icing may melt), up to 1 week in the fridge, or 2 weeks frozen.

To Serve

  • Let the cupcakes rest for 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
