Erin McKenna opened her bakery on New York’s Lower East Side back in 2005, and since then additional storefronts have opened in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and at Disney Springs in Orlando, and the bakery has established itself as one of America’s top destinations for drool-worthy vegan and gluten-free baked goods. Not only are all of McKenna’s cakes, pies, cupcakes, and other sweets completely vegan and gluten-free, they’re also non-GMO, sweetened with only agave nectar and vegan sugar, and all ingredients are responsibly and carefully sourced.
This package serves 12 people and includes 1 Vegan + Gluten-free Challah Bread Loaf
- Loaf measures approx. 10″ × 6″ × 3″ and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
- Challah arrives ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.
- If you’re not going to serve right away, place in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator.
- For extended shelf life, wrap in plastic cling wrap and freeze for up to 30 days.
- We suggest slicing the challah into serving slices before freezing in order to avoid defrosting the loaf more than once.

- Warm the entire loaf in the oven at 325°F for 5-10 minutes.
