This thaw-and-serve frozen pie is a confetti-sprinkled vanilla chess pie in an all-butter flaky crust!
Baking out of a remodeled 1930’s Victorian bungalow in the Bishop Arts District in Dallas, Texas, Megan Wilkes and Mary Gauntt are creating beautiful, handmade pies with local and seasonal ingredients at Emporium Pies. Since 2011, the artisanal pie maker has been putting a fun, imaginative twist on classic pie flavors like Lord of the Pies and The Drunken Nut.
This package serves 8-10 people and includes 1 “Yippee Pie Yay” Confetti Pie
- Each pie measures 9" and weighs approx. 2.6 lbs.
- Each pie is boxed with branded packaging. Perfect for a gift or a party!
- Pie ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer and keep frozen until ready to eat.
- Pie lasts up to 4 months in the freezer.
- Once thawed, pie is good for up to 5 days at room temperature.
To Serve
- When you are ready to eat, take the pie out of the shrink wrap.
- Thaw the pie at room temperature for approx. 4-6 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
