Rich creamy chocolate ganache between layers of perfect chocolate cake. It is the richest and most delicious cake ever! This is Elle’s Belles version of the Bruce Bogtrotter’s famous cake.
Elle’s Belles bakery was conceived in 2003 in Elle’s hometown of Bozeman, Montana—and life has been a lot sweeter ever since thanks to her beautiful tarts, cookies and more!

This package serves 8-10 people and includes a 6" Chocolate Bruce Cake
- Cake weighs approx. 5.5 lbs.
- Decoration may vary
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the freezer until ready to serve.
- Cakes last up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
To Serve
- Once ready to enjoy, remove the freezer and let thaw at room temperature for up to 3-6 hours.
- After 3 hours, you can gently unwrap and set on plate or stand. Do not push in on the cake or press fingers into cake. Gently work off the wrapping.
- Eat at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
