Named “Chicago’s Finest,” Eli’s cheesecakes are slow-baked with the finest local ingredients for the best flavor and texture, then topped with hand-decorated designs. This Neapolitan Tower features 3 full cheesecakes—Original, French Silk, and Strawberry! Stacked in our custom gold and red gift boxes wrapped with a red ribbon, ready for gift giving. 8" and 9" cheesecakes are pre-cut.

Eli M. Schulman and his cheesecakes are legendary in the Windy City. After debuting his cheesecake at the Taste of Chicago in 1980, Eli’s cheesecake was quickly declared Chicago’s best cheesecake. Each Eli’s cheesecake is slow baked in small batches with the finest local ingredients and then topped with hand-decorated designs. Turning out over 20,000 cheesecakes daily, Eli’s is not only a local favorite, but a national one as well.

  • Each cheesecake weighs approx. 2-4 lbs. and serves 14 people
  • Each cheesecake arrives in a branded gift box. Perfect for a gift!

Flavors Include

  • French Silk Cheesecake (7") – Decadent chocolate cheesecake topped with vanilla mouse and bittersweet chocolate shavings, baked on an all-butter chocolate shortbread cookie crust.
  • Original Plain Cheesecake (8") – Best quality slow-cultured cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, Madagascar vanilla beans, and whole eggs. All baked on Eli’s signature crisp all-butter shortbread cookie crust.
  • Strawberry Cheesecake (9") – Eli’s rich and creamy Original Plain Cheesecake topped with juicy red strawberries, baked on an all-butter shortbread cookie crust.
  • Cheesecake ships frozen with dry ice.
  • Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
  • Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
  • Upon arrival, place in the refrigerator to thaw, or in the freezer to store.
  • Cheesecakes can be stored in the fridge for 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

To Serve

  • Cheesecake in the refrigerator to thaw overnight, and then at room temperature for 2 hours before serving.
