One of New York’s leading food impresarios, Eli Zabar is synonymous with NYC’s best baked goods, smoked fish, and Jewish deli specialties.
This package includes
- 12 Potato Pancakes
- 1 pint Eli’s Applesauce
- Each pancake measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 6 oz.
- Items ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
- Potato Pancakes may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, and in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- Applesauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Do not freeze.
To Serve
- Preheat oven at 350℉.
- Bake uncovered for 10-12 minutes.
