Each meal at Eleven Madison Park ends with a final sip of house-made vermouth, crafted from a base of seasonal fruits and a blend of herbs, spices, and aromatic roots.

For our non-Alcoholic beverage program, our bar director Sebastian Tollius developed this special no-ABV version, made with Niagara grape juice and infused for 24 hours with aromatics such as wormwood, angelica root, and gentian. A semi sweet vermouth, it’s delicious neat, but to take it up a notch, we suggest serving it with a twist of citrus and a splash of seltzer.

With three Michelin Stars, seven James Beard Awards, and four stars from the New York Times, Eleven Madison Park might be the very best restaurant in New York City, and possibly even the entire country. When Swiss-born chef Daniel Humm took over the soaring Madison Avenue restaurant in 2011, he introduced an elevated seasonal tasting menu that made it one of the city’s most coveted reservations. In 2021, he took the dramatic and unprecedented step of eliminating all animal products from the restaurant’s menu, making it completely plant-based. The following year, he introduced Eleven Madison Home, with a mission to change the way the world thinks about plant-based food. These pantry staples and flavorful and nutritious snacks carry on EMP’s tradition of excellence and innovation.

This package makes 4 drinks and includes

  • 1 bottle of Non-Alcoholic Vermouth (12.7 oz.)
  • 4 bottles of Fever Tree Tonic Water (each 6.8 oz.)
  • 1 Baby Mandarin Orange (approx. 3 oz.)
  • Items arrive ready to enjoy!
  • Upon arrival, store unopened Vermouth and tonic at room temperature for up to 3 months.
  • Once opened, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

To Serve

  • Chill vermouth and tonic in the refrigerator before serving.
  • Pour 3-4 oz. of vermouth into a lowball glass with ice cubes.
  • Add a splash of tonic and a twist of mandarin orange.
  • Serve and enjoy!
