Many of Elegant Desserts’ treats are also gluten-free.

- Each cookie measures approx. 4″ × 4.5″ and weighs approx. 5 oz.
- Cookies ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Cookies may be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week in an airtight container with waxed paper in between each layer, or in an airtight bag in a single layer.
- Do not freeze as iced cookies do not freeze well.
