Elegant Desserts, a Brooklyn-based kosher dessert company founded by Benjamin Weisz in 2000, exudes creativity with its one-of-a-kind non-dairy desserts, including frozen “donuts” in whimsical flavors like chocolate vanilla sprinkles, salted caramel, hazelnut, and strawberry; and Frizza Pies, frozen dessert pizzas with a cookie base, dairy-free ice cream, and toppings. Many of Elegant Desserts’ treats are also gluten-free.

This package serves 8 people and includes
- 8 Sugar Cookies
- 1 Pink Icing approx. 10 oz.
- 1 White Icing approx. 10 oz.
- 1 Yellow Icing approx. 10 oz.
- 3 Piping Bags approx. 10 oz.
- Assorted toppings for decorations (.05 oz.)
- Each Cookie measures approx. 4″ × 2.5″ and weighs approx. 5 oz.
- Cookies ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store cookies at room temperature and icing in the refrigerator
- Cookies last up to 1 week at room temperature, do not freeze.
- Icing lasts up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
To Serve
- Bring icing to room temperature.
- Open icing containers and scoop the colors into the icing bags.
- Snip the tip of the icing bag with scissors. The amount you cut off would determine how much icing flows out when you squeeze the bag.
- Decorate your cookies with icing and sprinkles.
- Have fun and be creative!
