A super soft and fluffy ring of pan dulce topped with a fruit jelly called Ate, crunchy cookie paste, and colorful sugar, includes three babies hidden randomly in the bread, where the first person to find them is responsible for the Posada celebrated on Candlemas, February 2nd. It’s usually enjoyed dipped in Champurrado, hot chocolate, or coffee. It can also be split in half and filled with whipped cream, cream cheese icing, or even Nutella!
