This package serves 4 people and includes
- 4 Ground Chuck Burger Patties (each approx. 7 oz.)
- 16 pcs. White Bread
- 12 slices American Cheese
- 12 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- Shredded Lettuce (0.25 oz.)
- Sliced Tomato (0.5 oz.)
- Edwin’s Buckeye Sauce (1 oz.)
- Items ship fresh with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store burgers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Upon arrival, store remaining items in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow burgers to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Season the burger patties with salt and pepper on both sides, place in a sauté pan or grill over medium heat. Cook until a good sear is achieved, flip burger and repeat on other side.
- Place assembled grilled cheeses in sauté pan and cook evenly on both sides until golden brown
- Place cooked burger patty on one grilled cheese, top with sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and Edwin’s Buckeye sauce.
- Top with other cooked grilled cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
