It was founded in 2014 by Sofia Demetriou, whose family has been in the biz for years and has been baking since she was old enough to hold a spatula. As for her cookies? To Serve
- We hope you enjoy your cookies as much as we do. However before you do so we have some instructions on how to optimize your cookie experience.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove from packaging and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven for 6-10 min depending on the strength of your oven.
