It was founded in 2014 by Sofia Demetriou, whose family has been in the biz for years and has been baking since she was old enough to hold a spatula. As for her cookies? They’re soft, gooey, decadent, made with only the highest-quality ingredients, and just might be the best you’ll ever try.
This package includes your choice of 6 or 12 “Brookie” Stuffed Cookies
- Each cookie weighs approx. 4.5 oz.
- Each cookie arrives individually wrapped.
- All Cookies are Certified Kosher Dairy by The Orthodox Union
- Cookies arrive ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store cookies in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- If frozen, allow cookies to thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
To Serve
- We hope you enjoy your cookies as much as we do. However before you do so we have some instructions on how to optimize your cookie experience.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Remove from packaging and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven for 6-10 min depending on the strength of your oven.
- Serve and enjoy!
