- Each steak measures approx. 8" and weighs approx. 18 oz.
- Ribeye filets are shipped frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store filets in the refrigerator for up to 12 days or keep frozen for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
- Cook with your preferred method of grill, stove or oven until filets reach your preferred temperature between 110°-145° F.
- Rare (Red center, very cool) – 110°F
- Medium Rare (Red, warm center) – 120°F
- Medium (Pink throughout) – 130°F
- Medium Well (Pink center) – 140°F
