It is the perfect gift for a special someone. This variety pack of three heart-shaped pizzas is exactly what the most romantic day of the year calls for!
Experience the rich flavor of Motor City history. Detroit Style Pizza Company’s world champion dough is hand-pressed into heart shapes, then topped with their signature blend of mozzarella and brick cheeses before being baked in deck ovens for a pizza that’s airy inside, crunchy outside, and finally ladled with a healthy topping of their delicious red sauce.
Detroit Style Pizza Co. was founded in 2012 by the late Shawn Randazzo, who was crowned the champion 2012 World Pizza Maker of the Year at the International Pizza Expo. They’re turning out some of the best Detroit-style pizza around, with its soft & airy, focaccia-like crust with a ring of crunchy caramelized cheese around the rim.
This package includes 3 Heart-Shaped Pizzas
- 1 Heart-Shaped Cheese Pizza
- 1 Heart-Shaped Pepperoni Pizza
- 1 Heart-Shaped D-Town Deluxe – Pepperoni, onions, and green peppers
- Each pizza is approximately 9″ × 10″ and serves up to 4 people.
- Pizzas are made-to-order and promptly frozen.
- Although each box is carefully packed with ice packs and picked up for immediate shipment, it is normal for the pizza and ice packs to partially or fully thaw during shipment.
- Upon receipt, please, cook, refrigerate or place in the freezer.
- Pizzas will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 1-2 days. If you wish to keep them longer, you can store them in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Cooking Instructions
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
- If sauce is frozen transfer to a microwave safe bowl or container and thaw out in microwave so be able to spoon on pizza.
- Remove pizza from wrapper. Place on cookie sheet.
- With spoon, put sauce on top of pizza. Do not spread on, let drop from spoon.
- Place cookie sheet in oven on center rack. Cook approximately 25 minutes.(G.F. 15 min.)
- Carefully take pizza out of oven and let cool for a couple minutes. Enjoy!
From Thawed
- Preheat oven to 375F. (If using toaster oven 350F)
- If sauce is frozen transfer to a microwave safe bowl or container. Then put in microwave for 10-20 seconds and stir with spoon.
- Remove pizza from wrapper. Place on cookie sheet.
- With spoon, put sauce on top of pizza. Do not spread on, drop from spoon.
- Place cookie sheet in oven on center rack. Cook approximately 15 minutes.(G.F. 10 min.)
- Carefully take pizza out of oven and let cool for a couple minutes. Enjoy!

Detroit, MIDetroit has brought us a lot of beautiful things over the years--Motown, iconic cars, Tom Selleck… so when they say they’ve got a style of pizza that’s as good as New York or Chicago, we felt we at least owed the city a bite… which quickly turned into a slice… and then the whole dang pizza. True to Detroit tradition, these pizzas all come down to the dough, which is soft and airy on the inside, yet crispy on the outside courtesy of the blue steel pans in which they are baked. As the pizza bakes in these seasoned pans once used by mechanics on the assembly line, the outer edges of the layer of cheese begins to caramelize, forming a delicious golden brown cheese barrier around the perimeter of the pie (also known as the eighth wonder of the world.)
