Since arriving in New York City in 1982, he has continually evolved his cuisine and expanded his reach to properties worldwide. His culinary empire has brought him many accolades including 7 James Beard Awards, yet his inspiration remains grounded in the rhythm of the seasons. Boulud’s signature remains the contemporary appeal he brings to soulful dishes rooted in the French tradition.

This package serves 6 people and includes an 8" Galette des Rois

  • Each Galette de Rois weighs approx. (13 oz.)

Floral scoring decoration on the galette may vary.
This package contains galette with a porcelain feve inside.

  • Cake ships uncooked and frozen with ice packs may thaw in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store cake in the freezer.
  • Cake can last up to 2 weeks in the freezer.

To Serve

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place the thawed galette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes or until galette is golden brown.
    • Chef’s Tip: To achieve a perfectly even shape, place 2-inch tall ring molds around the galette and set a sheet pan on top of the molds before baking.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool.
  • Serve and enjoy!
