- Each Galette de Rois weighs approx. (13 oz.)
Floral scoring decoration on the galette may vary.
This package contains galette with a porcelain feve inside.
- Cake ships uncooked and frozen with ice packs may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the freezer.
- Cake can last up to 2 weeks in the freezer.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place the thawed galette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400°F, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes or until galette is golden brown.
- Chef’s Tip: To achieve a perfectly even shape, place 2-inch tall ring molds around the galette and set a sheet pan on top of the molds before baking.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
