An Indian-inspired poutine! Sweet potato fries are topped with cheese and your choice of chicken or paneer tikka masala. Also included are mini potato samosas and two chutneys!

Founded as a San Francisco food truck in 2009, Curry Up Now has grown into a beloved Indian concept with locations all across the country. Founder Akash Kapoor prepares Indian street food with a modern and innovative twist, with fun interpretations of traditional Indian favorites like tikka masala burritos and “Sexy Fries” (an Indian play on poutine). Curry Up Now has been featured in season 2 of Netflix’s “Ugly Delicious” docu-series starring David Chang.

This package serves 4 people and includes

  • Tikka Masala, your choice (16 oz.)
  • Sweet Potato Fries (30 oz.)
  • 16 Mini Samosas
  • Mozzarella (4 oz.)
  • Cilantro Chutney (4 oz.)
  • Tamarind Chutney (4 oz.)

Tikka Masala Options Include

  • Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
  • Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator or freezer.

To serve

Tikka Masala

  • Store in freezer until ready to use
  • When ready to use, thaw bags for 30 minutes. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a roaring boil in a large pot. Place the unopened bags in water
  • Move the bags around a few times to avoid sticking to the bottom or sides. Heat for 20-30 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the bags from the pot to take temp, fold the bags around the thermometer. Temperature must read 165 °F.

Fries

  • Thaw bags for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven. Convection Oven:375°F, 18-20 minutes. Standard Oven:400°F, 20-25 minutes, Combi Oven:375°F, 12-15 minutes, Fan 75%, Steam 100%.
  • Place the fries on a baking sheet tray with parchment paper. Arrange product in a single later on sheet pans. Drizzle some oil on top.
  • Place tray in oven and cook for time mentioned above. * Once cooked, place fries in a bowl. Top it with provided mozzarella cheese and serve the tikka on top of it.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Samosas

  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Heat Samosas from frozen at for 20 minutes in the middle rack or until the center reaches 140.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Chutney

  • Thaw chutneys at room temperature for 1 hour or run under hot water for 2-3 minutes.
  • Chutneys are enjoyed cold.
