This package serves 4-6 people and includes a White Chicken Enchilada Tray
- Each tray weighs 3.6 lbs and measures 12″ × 8″ × 1.5″
- Dinner ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Store in the freezer for 2-3 months for best quality. To thaw, refrigerate dinner overnight.
- Once thawed, bake within 24 hours.
To Serve
From Frozen
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Remove lid from pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 40-45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165° F.
- Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
From Thawed
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Remove lid from pan, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
