To Serve
Linguini Scallops
- In an 8 qt. stock pot add 1/4 cup of kosher salt and bring to a rapid boil.
- Add pasta and boil for 2 minutes.
- Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and then strain the pasta into a colander.
- Place the sauce in an 11" saute pan and bring up to a simmer.
- Add strained pasta to the sauce and coat the pasta thoroughly. If the pasta sauce is to thick you can add some of the pasta water (1/4 cup at a time to adjust).
- Place pasta in a bowl and enjoy!
Impossible Cigars
- In a 11" saute pan add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil and heat it to 325° F.
- Place cigars in the oil and cook until golden brown on all sides, you will have to turn them once during the cooking process.
- Take out of the oil and drain on paper towel.
- Place the yogurt in a small ramekin or bowl and drizzle the hot sauce on top.
- Enjoy!
Kale Caesar Salad
- Add chopped kale and croutons in a mixing bowl.
- Add Caesar Dressing and mix until the dressing is fully incorporated.
- Place in a salad bowl, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, and enjoy!
