The Cream’wich brings together two beloved Southern California institutions: Katella Bakery, which has been baking artisan cookies from scratch since 1964; and nostalgic Manhattan Beach Creamery, which makes ice cream in small batches using top-notch ingredients. In 2012, owners Jessica Jordan and Zac Rothman combined the cookies and ice cream, and the end result is the Cream’wich, an ice cream sandwich that’s downright life-changing.

- Each cake measures 9″ × 4″ × 6″ and weighs 3.14 lbs.

- Birthday Cake Ice Cream Cake – This birthday cake ice cream cake has a base layer of vanilla cake, layered with rainbow sprinkles, yogurt chips, and swirls of our famous Super Sonic ice cream topped with more sprinkles and yogurt chips.
- Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cake – This cookies and cream ice cream cake includes a base layer of luscious chocolate cake, layered with Oreo crumbles, Cookies N’ Cream ice cream and topped with more Oreos and chocolate cake crumbles.
- Cream’wich Ice Cream Cake – This Cream’wich ice cream cake includes a base layer of vanilla cake, layered with crumbled Cream’wich chocolate chip cookies and cookie dough pieces with Cookie Dough ice cream topped with chocolate chips, Cream’wich cookies and cookie dough.
- Double Chocolate Ice Cream Cake – This double chocolate cake has a base layer of chocolate cake, filled with Chocolate ice cream, mini chocolate chips, and chocolate crumbles, topped with more chocolate crumbles and mini chocolate chips.
- Mint Chip Ice Cream Cake – This mint chip ice cream cake includes a base layer of chocolate cake, filled with Mint Chip ice cream and mini chocolate chips topped with more chocolate chips and chocolate cake crumbs.
- Strawberry Dream Ice Cream Cake – This strawberry dream cake has a base layer of vanilla cake, filled with our strawberry swirl ice cream mixed with cake crumbles topped with more crumbles.
- Vegan Ice Cream Cake – This vegan Ice cream cake features a vegan Oreo crust with our coconut-based cookies and cream ice cream filled with crunchy mini chocolate chips Oreos and topped with even more chocolate chips and Oreos.
- Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream Cake – Layered with vanilla cake, pumpkin spiced ice cream, cheesecake bites, yogurt chips, and a graham cracker sprinkle.
- Peppermint Oreo Crunch Ice Cream Cake – Layered with chocolate cake, peppermint ice cream, oreo crumbles and peppermint pieces and yogurt chips.
- Ice cream cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the freezer.
