Elizabeth Cooper, her husband Peter, and their business partner Brad Dorsey helm the Houston bakery, which bakes cupcakes in small batches throughout the day. The award-winning Houston cupcake shop, where visitors can observe the baking and frosting process, bakes more than 20 flavors, including vanilla, chocolate, and red velvet made with luxurious European chocolate, pure bean vanilla, fruit from Napa Valley, and fresh local dairy.
