Cookie Good is a family business run by Melanie & Ross Canter along with their 20-something kids, Mia & Gabe. Ross was a Hollywood screenwriter who loved to bake, and during the 2008 writer’s strike he started selling cookies out of his house to make a little extra money. The business quickly grew, and Cookie Good was born! Cookie Good uses only the highest-quality ingredients in all of their fun and nostalgic baked goods: chocolates from Callebaut & Van Leer, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla, and AA sweet creamery butter.
This package serves 6 people and includes an assortment of 12 Cookies
- Each cookie weighs 1.7 ounces and measures 3" – 3.5" (depending on the cookie)
- Each blondie weighs 1.8 oz. and measures 2.25″ × 2.25″
- Recommended serving size is 2 cookies per person (factoring in your appetite and willingness to share, of course!)

Cookie Flavors Include
- 1 $100,000 Bar – We’re thinking that this milk chocolaty, caramelly, and rice-crispy cookie (based on one of our favorite candy bars) has got to be what leprechauns are hiding at the end of the rainbow. It’s definitely worth its weight in gold!
- 1 Black & Baileys Cookie – Baileys Irish Cream is a St. Patrick’s Day must. Our take on a classic Black & White cookie has a CHOCOLATE cookie base and a 50/50 schmear of rich, chocolate glaze and Baileys Irish Cream glaze (which has a hint of coffee and is slightly/delightfully boozy).
- 1 Caramel-Pretzel Chocolate Chunk – Our best seller. Chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, caramel, pretzels, and a sprinkling of crunchy pretzel salt – it’s a salty/sweet, chewy/crunchy, and just plain awesome cookie.
- 1 Irish Oatmeal Cookie w/Apples, Walnuts & Brown Sugar – McCann’s Irish Oatmeal forms the base of this cookie that is packed with roasted apples, toasty walnuts, and brown sugar.
- 1 Junior Mint Cookie – A dark chocolate, slightly minty cookie, intensely fudgy cookie topped with our favorite chocolate-mint candies.
- 1 Leprechaun Sugar Cookie – We’ve been told that this thick, chewy, super-vanilla-y cookie, slathered in a sweet glaze and covered in sprinkles (rainbow, gold & shamrock), and sparkly gold sugar, is actually the best way to catch a leprechaun.
- 1 Lucky Charms Cookie – A sweet, slightly oaty dough speckled with pink hearts, yellow moons, orange stars, and green clovers…these cookies really are magically delicious.
- 1 Malted Milk Ball Cookie – A malty, super chocolaty cookie dough topped with crushed malted milk balls.
- 1 Pot ‘O Gold Blondie – So maybe this isn’t technically a “cookie” but this blondie is so good, so perfectly St. Patricky, that we had to include it. With flecks of rainbow sprinkles, chunks of Golden Oreos, and a layer of Callebaut Gold Chocolate (yep, it’s new, it’s gold, and it’s real!), and a healthy topping of sparkly gold sugar, we think you’ll be happy we did.
- 1 Rainbow Sprinkle Cookie – One of my favorite childhood memories is going to my grandpa’s delicatessen and getting a sprinkled cookie from the bakery case. The cookie was colorful, buttery, slightly lemony, and just plain happy. Our version is softer and chewier than the cookie from my grandpa’s deli but the result is the same…pure happy!
- 1 Shamrock Cookie – Our Birthday Cake Cookie goes ‘green’ for St. Patrick’s Day!
- 1 Grashopper Brownie – A rich, fudgy chocolate brownie loaded with crushed Oreos and layered with cool mint flavor from Andes mints and crème de menthe.
- Items ship without coolant and arrive ready to eat!
- If you have more will power than we do and have decided to freeze some of your cookies or bars, getting them back to “fresh baked” is really easy. Follow the directions below!
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place (still frozen) treats on a cookie sheet (if you’ve got parchment paper to line the cookie sheet that’s always helpful; not a problem if you don’t).
- Bake for 5 minutes and then let them cool on the cookie sheet for about 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!

Cookie Good is a family business run by Melanie & Ross Canter, with help from their 20-something kids, Mia & Gabe. Ross was a Hollywood screenwriter who loved to bake (his grandfather was one of the original Canter Brothers, who started the iconic Canter's Deli in Los Angeles). During the writer's strike in 2008, Melanie suggested they start selling his cookies out of their house to make some money. An email went out to 100 family and friends, and the business quickly grew from their home kitchen to a part-time commercial kitchen and finally into their Santa Monica retail location.
Cookie Good makes sweets that are fun and nostalgic; cookies & brownies that bring you back to the pure joy of being a six-year-old taking that first bite of your favorite dessert.
