Some restrictions applyHannukah is a time to be with family, spin the dreidel, and eat lots of good food. This new cookie box, inspired by some of Cookie Good’s favorite Hanukkah desserts and traditions, becomes a happy part of your family celebration!
Cookie Good is a family business run by Melanie & Ross Canter along with their 20-something kids, Mia & Gabe. Ross was a Hollywood screenwriter who loved to bake, and during the 2008 writer’s strike he started selling cookies out of his house to make a little extra money. The business quickly grew, and Cookie Good was born! Cookie Good uses only the highest-quality ingredients in all of their fun and nostalgic baked goods: chocolates from Callebaut & Van Leer, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla, and AA sweet creamery butter.
This package includes 12 Hanukkah Cookies
- Each cookie weighs 1.7 ounces and measures 3" – 3.5" (depending on the cookie)

Cookie Flavors Include
- 2 Festival of Lights Sugar Cookie – Our Just Plain Sugar Cookie trades in its crackly sugar crust for a light vanilla glaze and a cover of blue, white & gold sprinkles, and sparkly gold sanding sugar.
- 2 Babka – This Babka Cookie doesn’t stray far from its celebrated inspiration: twisting layers of slightly malty cookie dough and rich, very dark chocolate-cinnamon ‘fudge’ are topped with a crunchy, buttery crumble.
- 2 Caramel-Pretzel Chocolate Chunk – The best seller. Chocolate chips, dark chocolate chunks, caramel, pretzels, and a sprinkling of crunchy pretzel salt – it’s a salty/sweet, chewy/crunchy, and just plain awesome cookie.
- 2 Peanut Brittle – Beautiful sheets of golden peanut brittle – then smashed and folded into peanut butter cookie dough. A sprinkling of sea salt and brown sugar crystals makes these once-a-year cookies pretty irresistible.
- 2 Chocolate Chip – What’s so Jewish about a Chocolate Chip Cookie? Who cares, it’s DELICIOUS!! Ours has a deeply caramel cookie base and lots and LOTS of chunks of rich, dark chocolate. These are not your grandma’s chocolate chip cookies (although we’re sure your grandma makes a perfectly fine chocolate chip cookie).
- 2 Jelly Donut – Based on a Hanukkah staple, this fluffy, slightly malty cookie is filled with raspberry jam and dusted with powdered sugar.
- Items ship without coolant and arrive ready to eat!
- If you have more will power than we do and have decided to freeze some of your cookies or bars, getting them back to “fresh baked” is really easy. Follow the directions below!

Fun & Decadent Cookies from a Family Owned Bake Shop

Cookie Good is a family business run by Melanie & Ross Canter, with help from their 20-something kids, Mia & Gabe. Ross was a Hollywood screenwriter who loved to bake (his grandfather was one of the original Canter Brothers, who started the iconic Canter's Deli in Los Angeles). During the writer's strike in 2008, Melanie suggested they start selling his cookies out of their house to make some money. An email went out to 100 family and friends, and the business quickly grew from their home kitchen to a part-time commercial kitchen and finally into their Santa Monica retail location.
Cookie Good makes sweets that are fun and nostalgic; cookies & brownies that bring you back to the pure joy of being a six-year-old taking that first bite of your favorite dessert. Cookie Good uses only the best ingredients in all of their baked goods: chocolates from Callebaut & Van Leer, Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla, and AA sweet creamery butter.
