Founded in the heart of The Bronx by the husband-and-wife duo of Claudia and Richard Berroa in 2020, Claudy’s uses fresh, all-natural, and locally-sourced ingredients in its lineup of authentic Peruvian dishes, which have become so beloved by locals that in 2021 the restaurant was awarded a Bib Gourmand by Michelin.

- Each Flan cup weighs 4.4 oz.
- Flan ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- May be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.
- Keep frozen until ready to serve.
- Once thawed, flan should be enjoyed within 2 days.
- Remove from freezer at least 1 hour before serving, allow to thaw in your refrigerator.

Claudy’s got its start selling its signature flan to gourmet markets around the New York area, and it grew organically from there: street fairs and empanadas came next, and after spending hundreds of hours perfecting every dish, the brick-and-mortar followed. The Berroas put a whole lot of love into every one of their dishes, and from creamy flans to crisp empanadas to hearty chicken with Peruvian rice, their famous Peruvian specialties are now shipping nationwide!
