Pastry Chef Cindy Kruse opened Cindy Lou’s Cookies, a classic All-American cookie shop, in 2017. Her Miami cookie shop specializes in big, old fashioned, seriously delicious cookies. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America, Cindy spent a decade working with some of the best chefs in the United States, including Emeril Lagasse and Jean Georges Vongerichten.
